Hi there, my name is Gareth Simmonds and I work as a sound engineer. As you can imagine, my work is mostly client based.

in July 2010, my Doctor informed me that I have to have surgical treatment to get rid of my bleeding hemorrhoids.

It would cost $$$’s. I was petrified and very very worried. Simply because, I provide for my family and I didn’t have that kind of money.
